APB reloaded lag fix

Follow next steps to minimaze lags in APB:



1.Launch launcher and wait until update complete.
2.Go to: your game folder/APBGame/Config, then paste with replace this file.
3.Close launcher.
4.Go to: your game folder/Binaries/APB, to play the game.
